Appointment booking system for small clinics and doctors. A ready to deploy SAAS platform created to provide quick solution for appointment bookings.
The requirement was to create a platform to cater the need from different clinics. The product is crated as a software as a service model to provide solution to multiple clients. There were a few inquiries with our marketing team from clinics they they wanted some simple & quick solution for their daily patients appointment booking. These clinics are managing it manually so far and to convert it to digital method.
After conversation with those end clients, one of the feature highly requested was easiness of appointment booking form a simple web page. Thus, the patient do not need to install mobile application. There should be a mobile application as well for the customers with routine check-up schedules. We need to incorporate both the scenarios in which there are regular appointment bookings and once in a while appointment bookings.
From the clinics end, there are some clinics who have multiple visiting doctors more like a small hospital. And there should be an option to maintain different doctors profile on the platform, thus the patient can choose the doctor while appointment booking.
After understanding the requirement of the current inquiries, we decided to build a platform through which the solution can be sold to multiple clients. Thus, we can bring the cost cheaper. The tech team have reviewed existing apps into the market, but most of them are very detailed and those all features introduces more cost to the product. So we decided to keep it simple with limited features and start rolling out the product into the market.
The app is developed on mobile as well as on web platform. The doctors/clinics can share the links directly with the patients. The doctor management is kept more in a desktop view for easy of use by clinical staff.
This was started as an in-house project and our marketing team took it to further level with real clients. We have started collecting feedback rom real users and we are ready with the roadmap for next phase of development.
The designs are crafted into Figma tool by the experts of Ubrain design team.
The product is developed on Swift for iOS, Kotlin for android and core php for web panel.

Working with Nimit was a great decision.
Based on the concept and the name of the application he did different logo variations so that I can choose one or tell him what kind of logo I want. There was nospace for improvement as the logo was already perfect.
For the UI design of the application it was very similar. The design Nimit created is beautiful, and whenever I had new ideas or improvement wishes, they were applied to the design. All in all Nimit put a lot of effort into the design, which is more than visible.
